Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will automatically receive your refund through the original payment method within 7 business days.
